At Sophtee, each item is custom made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit.


We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address

All sales are final. Please review product details and sizing guides carefully before completing your purchase.


We Will Offer a Refund or Replacement If:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • There is a printing or fulfillment error

  • Your order is lost in transit (based on tracking information)


📩 How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, email us at support@sophtee.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement item at no additional cost.


💳 Who Issues the Refund?

All refunds and replacements are handled directly by Sophtee. We work with our fulfillment partner to resolve any production issues on your behalf—but your refund will always come from us.
